A Free library, Pool Table, Magazines, Brochures, Tour Desk,
Board Games, A Guest PC, Wireless Internet access
are all in the Bar.
The ONLY Fully Licensed Nudist Bar in Australasia is where you can get all your freely provided standard beers, wines, spirits, coolers, soft drinks, etc
for consumption anywhere in the Nudist area of the resort.
For Interstate or International Travellers Transfers are Available.
Cairns City / Cairns Airport / Port Douglas / Daintree / Cape Tribulation to The White Cockatoo and return.
Please notify us at time of reservation if transfer required. Please do not ring us from the airport at midnight wanting a pick up !
Minimum 5 night reservation required for provided transfers.
Return transfers are provided at $50 single or double with latest pick-up or drop-off being 7.00pm.
Transfer requests will require an authorisation to charge accommodation and transfer costs
to supplied credit card on day of arrival 2 hours prior to pick-up time.
This is a change in policy effective August '08 and not applicable to any bookings made prior to then.

Right next to our pool we have an undercover BBQ area
with 2 BBQ's that are free for guests use.
This area has tables and chairs
and is an ideal place to mingle on balmy tropical evenings
with Happy Hour daily from 5 pm.
Bare Essentials - The Bar
The White Cockatoo does not have an onsite restaurant, however there are 4 to choose from within a 600 metre walk,
plus a Woolworths supermarket only a 200 metre walk away for essential supplies.
Breakfast can be provided from a breakfast menu if required.
As a resort with a Nationally Accredited 3 1/2 star rating The White Cockatoo has all the usual facilities pertaining to this rating
plus a lot more
